This policy explains what personal data EVz collects when you ask us for a price or to be contacted about an electric vehicle, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.

What we collect

Only what you submit in a request form: your name, city, and phone number (and email if you provide one), plus the model you enquired about and the answers you gave our EV Advisor if you used it. We do not store your raw IP address; we keep only a one-way hashed value to prevent abuse.

Why we collect it (purpose)

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to contact you about that vehicle and, with your consent, to share your details with a relevant EV brand or dealer so they can give you a price or arrange a test drive. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

EVz receives your request first. With your consent, we pass it to a relevant brand or dealer matched to the vehicle you enquired about. Until that match is made the recipient is recorded as EVz.

How long we keep it

We retain a lead for up to 12 months after your enquiry (or until you ask us to delete it), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights and withdrawing consent

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing pavankumardhruv@gmail.com. We will action verified requests promptly.
